Play tag in Limerick this Summer

The Irish Tag Rugby Association is gearing up for a packed summer in Limerick this year, with dozens of teams already registered for our leagues at the home of Limerick tag at OLD CRESCENT RFC.

Our leagues are open to teams and players of all experience levels and backgrounds - tag rugby is an easy, accessible sport to pick up, and you'll be flying in no time. The most important part is that you're looking for a sport designed for fun!

There's something for everyone at Old Crescent, starting from the week of 19th May:

For individuals

You can join our "Just for Craic" events on a Tuesday or a Thursday. "Just for Craic" tag involves joining as an individual, and being part of a sociable group who play a game among themselves every week. This format puts an emphasis on playing for fun, and is always guided by an experienced member of the tag community who can help you understand and enjoy the game.

Looking for something more comeptitive? We're looking to organise an individual sign-up mixed premiership team on Thursdays! This is ideal for anyone who plays tag and is looking for a challenge, or anyone with an experience of another similar sport.

For teams

Tuesdays - 9 weeks from 20th May - no games 10th June

Thursdays - 9 weeks from 22nd May - no games 12th June

Don't forget that the legendary Pig N Porter also takes place in Old Crescent on Saturday 14th June. For a day of tag with a festival of events alongside it, check out tagrugby.ie/pig.
