ABOUT THE VENUE

Belvedere Rugby Grounds is a short walk from Drumcondra village, served by the Connolly-Maynooth train and the 1, 13, 16, 41 buses. There is ample bike and car parking at the venue.

McGrath's and Hogan's are two very safe bets for an enjoyable post-game drink with your team - especially considering the range of public transport options available.

The venue boasts a modern, high-quality 4G synthetic astroturf pitch suitable for year-round usage. You can play on this surface in runners or with moulded studs. Metal studs are not permitted. Showers and changing facilities are available.

The venue has mixed premiership, social, and novice leagues. The social league is very popular year-round and features teams of mixed standards. The novice league is played 6-a-side with a maximum of 4 men, and highly suitable for teams that are new to the sport. The premiership league is for advanced teams only.

We play in Drumcondra on Wednesdays. Our Spring league begins on 17th April and runs for 8 weeks. Summer season kicks off for 8 weeks on 12th June. We play here all year so if you enjoy it, why not play year-round?
